Description

KLH0816-8 roller conveyor shot blasting machine is used to clean H beam, box beam, big steel structure, pipe, steel plate etc. in PEB structure manufacturing workshop. It adopts advanced blasting wheels to do blasting to all the surface of steel and remove rust, oxide layers, welding slag. After blasting, it gets clean surface Sa2.5 with certain roughness which improves the paint film adhesion, anti-fatigue and anti-corrosion, prolong the service life of steel. It is widely used in the industry of steel structure, ship building, engineering machinery & bridge construction etc.

The equipment is comprised of in-feeding roller conveyor, shot blasting chamber, blasting wheels, shots recycle system, dust removing system, out-feeding roller conveyor and electrical control system etc.
