H beam Shot Blasting Cleaning Machine

H beam shot blasting cleaning machine is used to clean H beam, box beam, big steel structure, pipe, steel plates in PEB structure manufacturing workshop. It adopts advanced blasting turbine to do blasting to all the surface of steel and remove rust, oxide layers, welding slag. After blasting, it gets clean surface Sa2.5 with certain roughness which improves the paint film adhesion, anti-fatigue and anti-corrosion, prolong the service life of steel. It is widely used in the industry of steel structure, ship building, engineering machinery & bridge construction etc.

The equipment is comprised of in-feeding roller conveyor, shot blasting chamber, blasting turbine, shots recycle system, dust removing system, out-feeding roller conveyor and electrical control system etc.
