Kholee Blast designs and manufactures blasting rooms according to the different requirements from clients. The abrasives are propelled by compressed air from abrasive blasting machine (blasting pot) to hit the surface of metallic blasted material. Thus it can remove rust, oxide layers, paint film from the surface of metallic blasted material. After blasting, it can get Sa2.5 with certain roughness.

The size of blasting room depends on:

- Size of the blasted material

- Number of blasting man

- Adequate working space around blasted material

The blasting room is comprised of room structure, abrasive recycle system, blasting machine system, dust removing system, material transported trolley, lights and electrical control system etc. Abrasive recovery options including: sweeping pit, cross conveyor, U shape, H shape, and complete floor automatic recovery with conveyor system or scrappers or waffle floor recovery system
