KL-PSF181208 Blast Room With Mechanic Recovery System

Blast room equipment is used in a wide variety of industries that require surface preparation prior to the application of a protective coating. The surface of the work-piece is cleaned by a mixture of abrasive and high pressure compressed air being directed on to the work piece by blast nozzle.

The blast room is comprised of room structure & wall protective liner, blasting system, abrasive recycle system, ventilation and dust removing system, lighting system, electrical control system etc.

KL-PSF181208 blast room from Kholee Blast is designed to cleaning trailers and semi-trailers of trucks, welding structures, pressure vessels, profiles, pipes etc. It adopts mechanic abrasive recovery system including belt conveyor, bucket elevator, air wash type separator. During blasting, the dust collector system will provide ventilation to ensure the visibility for operators and filter the dust from discharge air.

By blasting, it can remove rust, oxide layers, paint film from workpieces. After blasting, it can get Sa2.5 surface quality and roughness 50~75μm.
