Copper cut wire shots, are made by cutting copper wires. The copper cut wire shots are available as cut or conditioned round.
Applications
Primarily to clean or peen parts and components where conductivity is important and cannot be interfered with; for paint removal on electrical components and tooling. They are mainly used for removing oxidation skin, burr, eliminating surface defect, removing stress, etching, unknit, strengthen, prevention rust before painting of metal diecasting, precision casting, hardware tool, machinery manufacturing, automobile spare parts, apparatus, pump valve industry.
Specs: Highly durable and features uniform hardness and dimensionality. Available in a wide range of hardness levels.
