wire mesh belt shot blasting machine is specially designed to clean the
cement & concrete from steel and aluminium formworks, scaffolding
and climbing formworks. It is widely used in concrete construction
industry like bridge, dam, residence, tunnel etc. It can be used to
polish the new aluminium formwork in manufacturing mill.
The shot
blasting machine is designed with wire mesh belt to transport formworks
into blasting chamber. The blast wheels will do continuous blasting and
clean the concrete, rust, cement and other contaminants on surface of
construction building formwork.
The
equipment is comprised of in-feeding roller conveyor, Mn13 wire mesh
belt, shot blasting chamber, blasting wheels, abrasives recycle system,
abrasive clean off system, dust removing system, out-feeding roller
conveyor and electrical control system etc.
