KL-ABT-C300 Steel Pipe Airless Painting Production Line

The steel tube auto airless painting line adopts airless paint sprayer to painting steel tube. It is widely used in the industries of boiler, chemical industry, petroleum industry, shipbuilding, tube mill etc.

The equipment is comprised of high pressure airless paint sprayer, oil recycle pump system, painting spray chamber, special designed combined spray gun, water curtain paint mist purifying system, electrical control cabinet etc.

Work process flow: The steel tube will be delivered by in-feeding chain conveyor to painting spray chamber. There is a sensor system which will detect the steel tube and send signal to electrical control system. The electrical control system will start airless paint sprayer and improve pressure of oil paint to 32:1/45:1/69:1 and spray paint to steel tube. After painting, the steel tube will be sent out to out-feeding chain conveyor, then to air drying chain for drying.
