Steel Plate Shot Blasting Painting Line is mainly comprised of in-feeding roller conveyor, shot blasting chamber, painting spray booth, drying booth, out-feeding roller conveyor, dust removing system and electrical control system.
Working Principle:
The equipment is high efficiency continuous working production line. The steel plate will be delivered into shot blasting chamber and accept shot blasting from different blasting wheels, thus rust, oxide layers will be cleaned quickly and the surface quality can reach Sa2.5. During blasting, the mixture of steel shots and dust will be collected by screw conveyor to bucket elevator and then separator for recycle. The dust produced by blasting will be filtered by pulse jet dust collector and then discharge qualified air into high sky.
After shot blasting, the shots clean off system including scrapper, roller brush and high pressure air fan will clean the steel shots on the top surface of steel plate to make sure no steel shots on it. Then the steel plate will be delivered into painting spray booth for painting. After painting, the steel plate will be delivered into drying booth for drying. The drying booth has two type: electrical heating or oil/gas burning heating. After dying, the steel plate will be sent out to out-feeding roller conveyor.
