KLB2000-6 roller conveyor shot blasting machine is used to clean steel plate upto 2000mm in width, small size of beam, pipe, angle steel etc. It adopts advanced blasting turbine to do blasting to all the surface of steel and remove rust, oxide layers, welding slag. After blasting, it gets clean Sa2.5 surface quality with certain roughness which improves the paint film adhesion, anti-fatigue and anti-corrosion, prolongs the service life of steel. It is widely used in the industry of ship building, engineering machinery, pressure vessel, bridge construction etc.
The equipment is comprised of in-feeding roller conveyor, shot blasting chamber, blasting turbine, shots recycle system, shots clean off system, dust removing system, out-feeding roller conveyor and electrical control system etc.
